Faster and more accurate measurement is possible comparing with our previous equipment “TL-110”.
Operation can be easily to push a button and start to mesure.
The design is very simple and small. In addition adopting LEDs as the light source makes power saving and long life.

Method


①Push the CAL button and then the calibtration is performed.
②Set the substrate to contact with sensor window( Blue circle)
③Push the MEAS button and afeter a few soconds, the measured result is saved as CSV file on PC.

Specification

It has achieved stability and high accuracy, though it is a small and simple structure.
It can be measured Glass, Plascic, Film and Lens.
It also can be measured opaque substrates with high density of matte smoke.
It can be measured 2 seconds and continuous measurement is stable.So you can use for 100% measurement and screening tests.

TL-Checker

Feartures

Released transmission meter “TL-Checker” specializing in the measurement of specific wavelengths.
Only 1kg weight makes easy to carry. Also the measurement light source uses LEDs and making it a power-saving and long-life measuring device.
In addition, the measurement wavelength can be selected with a band-pass filter, so it can correspond to the specifications according to the usage method.
Measurement space is 50mm.

It is possible to be controlled from an external signal via USB connection.
It can be built into the equipment already owned and be able to continuously measure with external signals.
The dedicated software displays latest five measurement results.
